Absolutely lovely stay. The cabin is so tucked away and private that you don’t even see it on the walk up until you turn the last corner. The cabin itself is really comfortable and welcoming, everything has been done to a high spec and thought through well, the views are really lovely and sitting on the deck with a glass of wine in the sun was just bliss. Would love to visit again in the winter to get use of the burner and sit and watch the snow through the giant picture windows.

Had a one night stay here in October. Was simply amazing. Weather was lovely so we sat on the deck and drank a bottle of wine whilst the sun went down over the Hope Valley. The bed was super comfy. The windows give a magical 180 degree view unlike anywhere I have ever stayed. Love the off-grid nature of the place, but appreciate the good wifi. Will be back again. And again. And again.

A perfect stay. The location is beautiful, tranquil and incredibly special. The cabin has everything you could need and was warm and comfortable even on the cooler nights. You can reach the cabin by public transport and a walk from Hathersage station and still feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but still with pubs within walking distance. Communication with George was excellent too. Would love to return!

Beautiful location and great communication with the owner who was very obliging. Clean and had all you would need. It’s definitely for people who like peace and tranquility and walking. The local pub is under 2 miles away if you wanted a change of scenery and didn’t want to cook for yourself.
